Life with Two

Words are not enough to describe the joy I feel.....  Love my beautiful children so very much!  So thankful to be entrusted with their lives to raise them and enjoy every moment...

If I had to try and put my feelings into words, I would have to say exhausted and overjoyed come to mind.  Really trying to focus on each day as it comes, trying not to become overwhelmed with all the new demands that our now apart of my life.  Just embracing my new role in life, and loving it!

Welcome to the World!

Our sweet blessing Kiyah Lael was finally delivered into our arms!!! Our Fathers Word is so true, children truly are a blessing from Him... Our sweet daughter arrived on Sunday morning at 9:21, March 20th 2011. She weighed 7 pounds 12 ounces and was 20 inches long. Her delivery was every thing we prayed for and more, the Lord is so faithful!

Play-Date with Mommy & Daddy

Well we took Jonah to the park today for a picnic and playtime.... Thought it would be nice to get him outside and spend some good quality time before the arrival of his baby sister! Jonah is getting so big, he was actually able to climb up the ladders on the playground today vs. using the stairs! Oh, and we took his "new bike" as he calls it, and he was able to ride... He's really getting better at his balancing skills, however he did have his first spill, but no worries... just a little scrap on his thumb. Love you little buddy!

Oh my, where do I start.... We have 3 days until we reach our "original" due date, passed the due date from our last ultrasound, the 12th, and mommy is very ready to meet you little Kiyah! The weather has been beautiful this weekend and looks like the week ahead will be wonderful too! So I just wanted to send you a word of encouragement..... come on and be born!!! We are patiently waiting for you, looking forward to holding you and meeting you. So anytime now would be great! And remember like I said the weather will be beautiful, so you would get to see so many lovely things right away... Love you sweet girl...

Clothes have been washed

Your bassinet has been set up

Plenty of diapers and wipes have been purchased

Bags are packed

Love has begun

And now we wait for your arrival! With less than 3 weeks left we are looking forward to meeting you our sweet little Kiyah....
