Fun Outdoors

Well today we had several big plans... Get Jonah some new shoes, go up town to the Square Fest, and a few other things on our list....needless to say we did not accomplish them, however we were able to get outside before the sun went down to have some fun! Jonah as always had a blast outside, we usually have to bribe him to come inside. We also took Kiyah out for an extended period, and even she seemed to have a good time, or at least she was content and never cried once... So in my book that = a good time : )

From Belly to Kiyah, Our First Month

Wow....  Our first month with our precious little girl.... Words can not even begin to describe what joy she brings to our family, we are so in love with her, our Kiyah!  Hard to wrap my mind around the fact that just one short month ago our sweet girl was still within my womb...   Basking in Gods glory and His love for me with our daughter now in our arms...

35 Weeks Pregnant : )

Love seeing Jonah interact with his new sister, he just lights being around her... Such a wonderful big brother.  Looking forward to watching them grow together.

Still learning how to juggle having two, but loving every moment.  I know soon enough we'll have our new "normal"...

Things that stand out in my mind:
-Forgot how sleepy you can be, yet still function
-Remembered that your days really have no beginning or end, they're just based around feedings and diaper changes... The sun just happens to rise and set : )
-How long you can sit and just stare at a sleeping baby
-That communication is KEY
